Final release of 2060 update released

This is mainly a bugfix release and extends upon those bugs fixed in 2059.
- Perl updates should now work properly
- the KAM update script should now run silently and without errors (dos2unix is run against it to get rid of the DOS-esque CR/LF's in the file)

Please snapshot your system before installing the update.
